ABOUT THE SHOW

More than a cooking demonstration or a concert, Concert Kitchen Live! is an immersive celebration of Louisiana's cultural identity. Through live music, delicious food, and engaging conversation, Chef Kevin Belton and John Papa Gros explore how our state's history has been passed from generation to generation through recipes, music, and storytelling. Whether you're a lifelong foodie, a music lover, or simply proud to call Louisiana home, you'll leave with a deeper appreciation for the traditions that continue to bring us together.

As Chef Kevin Belton prepares a signature dish, John Papa Gros fills the theatre with live music inspired by the rich traditions of New Orleans and beyond. Between recipes and songs, the two share personal stories, local history, and the cultural connections that have shaped Louisiana's legendary cuisine and musical heritage.

The experience doesn't end on stage. Every guest will have the opportunity to sample one of Chef Belton's freshly prepared dishes before leaving.
