About The Show
Get ready to experience The Beatles like you’ve never heard them before! The HillBenders present BeatleGrass transforms the legendary songs of the Fab Four with a fresh acoustic sound powered by bluegrass instrumentation, tight harmonies and the high-energy musicianship of The HillBenders.
From “Twist and Shout” to “Hey Jude,” BeatleGrass reimagines favorites from The Beatles’ iconic songbook while staying true to the melodies and spirit that made these songs timeless. There are no wigs, costumes or fake British accents here. This isn’t a Beatles impersonation act. It’s a celebration of great songwriting through an entirely new musical lens.
The internationally touring five-piece band brings serious bluegrass credentials to the project. The HillBenders have performed BeatleGrass on the Grand Ole Opry stage and have been featured in Billboard and Rolling Stone. The group is also known for its inventive rock-meets-bluegrass projects, including Tommy: A Bluegrass Opry, WHOgrass, PettyGrass and GratefulGrass.
Whether you’re a lifelong Beatles fan, a bluegrass lover or simply curious to hear what happens when two musical worlds collide, The HillBenders present BeatleGrass delivers a creative, energetic celebration of songs generations of listeners know and love.
